400g chicken or turkey meat, cut into small pieces
1 big bell pepper
1 medium onion
3 tb.s. ketchup
1 tb.s. balsamic vinegar
1 tb.s. sugar
salt
2 garlic cloves
150g peas (defrosted)
100g pineapple pieces
Mix ketchup, garlic, sugar, vinegar, add chicken meat, sliced onion and bell pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
On big frying pan with some oil fry meat for about 10 minutes, then add pineapple and peas. Cook for 5-7 more minutes and serve.
