Light, delicious dessert! Preparation is also very easy.
200g raspberry
app.300ml whipping cream
100g sugar+some more
3 eggs
several meringues
vanilla
Beat eggs with sugar together over a bowl with simmering water until thicker - and cool the mixture, whipping all the time (10 min).
Blend raspberries with some sugar.
Mix egg mixture with already whipped cream, add pieces of meringue (for crunchy texture) and raspberry. Save some berry mixture. Put wrapping film over 1l form, pour raspberry puree and over it cream mixed with eggs. Place into freezer for several hours. Serve in slices with mint and whole berries.
