I never used raw ginger in baking before, so tat was my attempt. They turned out to be good, though, I prefer ginger better with meat or savoury stuff...
50ml hazelnut oil
3g baking powder
2 tb.s. mulberry molasses
1 t.s. grated ginger (maybe shud be less?)
1 cup rye flour
125g whole wheat flour
pinch of cinnamon
Start with wet ingredients, adding dry ones in the end. Create a ball and chill it 30 min in the fridge.
Line baking sheet and place small (16) walnut size balls on it, pressing half a walnut on top of each.
Bake 10-15 minutes.
