The whole kitchen still smells like strawberry! They are so tasty and pretty, gave us immediately summer feeling!
1 cup (200g) flour
100g rye flour
100g whole wheat flour
pinch of salt
5 g baking powder
zest of 1 lemon
vanilla
125 g sugar (may be more)
2 tb.s. butter
200ml greek yoghurt
1 cup (app.250ml) strawberries
Glaze:
40g nesquick strawberry powder drink
app.30g powdered sugar
1 t.s. lemon juice
Combine alldry ingredients and sti in wet ingredients. Cut berries into 4 o 6 pieces each and mix with the dough.
Line baking sheet. Create 2 balls of dough and flatten each, cutting it into 4 pieces.
Put them onto baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 175C.
Remove, place them onto wire rack and sprinkle with glaze.
