Lovely bars, rich in flavour and taste!
app.2 (200g) cups oat flakes
100g hazelnuts (halves, toasted)
handful dried apricots
2 eggs
pinch of salt and cinnamon
3 full tb.s. honey
2 full tb.s. sweet hazelnut butter (findik ezmesi- in turkish stores)
6 tb.s. hazelnut oil
Mix dy ingredients. In a sauce pan bring to a boil wet ingredients, pour them over and add eggs.
Transfer the mixtue into lined form and bake at 150C for 30-35 minutes.
Let it cool a little and cut into bars. Store in the frige.
