Cake with pear-custard filling

I wanted to make not too sweet/fat cake for my husband's collegues and browsing through all kinds of recipes, I came up with such idea. The result was rewading:)

Dough:
350g flour
250g oat flakes
50g hazelnuts (crushed)
pinch of salt
125g sugar
180g butter

Mix all ingredients together, line and grease 24cm springform, press 2/3 of the mixture into the form and bake for 15-20 min at 180C.

Pears:
app.350-400g cut into wedges pears without skin cook at low heat on a pan with some butter and sugar for about 10 minutes.

Custard creme filling:
250ml milk
200g cream cheese
100g sugar
vanilla
1 tb.b.flour
1 tb.s. corn starch
2 egg yolks

Boil milk in a pan. In another sauce pan combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, yolks and flou+starch. Slowly pour hot milk into it, whisking all the time. Return to the fire and thicken.

Place pears onto crust, following by custard and put the rest of crumbles on top.
Bake at 180C for 25-30 min. Let it cool.
