Australian sponge cake, very easy to prepare and also very delicious! I made for my husbands collegues and the cakes did not survive one hour!
sponge cake (I took ready made, one can make own as well)
150ml milk
100g cocoa powder
30g butter
250g powdered sugar
vanilla coconut flakes
strawberry jam
Cut sponge cake into half horizontally, spread strawberry jam on one half, cover with another layer of cake. With sharp knife cut the cake into squares. Prepare chocolate icing by melting butter with milk, adding the rest ingredients. Cover each side of the square in chocolate and sprinkle every side with coconut. And eenjoy!!!
