Penne with sun dried tomatoes pesto



penne
100g sun dried tomatoes (in oil)
1 garlic clove
small bunch of basil
salt, pepper
some extra olive oil
parmezan

Cook pasta al dente, reserving some cooking water. Blend the other ingredients and serve together.
