The recipe is taken from weight watchers with small changes.
1,5cups oats
0,5 cup flour
pinch of salt
1/4t.s. baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
vanilla
1 egg
40g butter
50g sugar
1 grated apple
handful cranberries
Toast oats for couple of minutes, let them cool. Beat sugar and butter, add egg, spices, apple, cranberries and the rest of dry ingredients.
Form slamm (chestnut size) balls, grease baking sheet and bake at 175C for 12-15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
