I do like making bread, but since our family expanded recently I just do not have enough time to make yeast dough, although I always looked fo quick recipes now they are getting even more quick:)
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. molasses
3 cups rye flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat flakes
poppy seeds
sesame seeds
raw sunflower seeds
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
When carefully mixed, shape into 2 balls (o use baking form, greased), place each piece of dough into form, bake at 175C for 40-45 minutes. Cool on wire rack before cutting. Bread is not airy, as the one prepared with yeast, but I do like it anyways.
