Very tender chocolate cookies. Taken from Martha Stewart, I almost did not change anything. And by the way, they are also very tasty with cranberries.
1 cup flour
2tb.s. cocoa
1t.s. baking powder
1/2 t.s. salt
160g chocolate
85g butter
app.140g sugar
2 eggs
app.50g chocolate chunks
handful dried cherries
Mix first 4 ingredients, melt chocolate with butter, add sugar, eggs and mix in dry ingredients. Add cherries and chocolate chunks and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven 175C, line with paper baking tray, spoon with table spoon 16 cookies. Bake for 13 minutes. Let them cool on wire rack and enjoy!
