Just nice two in one breakfast- fruit and cereal.
2-4 apples, cored (not until the bottom)
3-5 tb.s. oat flakes
2tb.s. brown sugar
cinnamon
grated ginger (almost 1 tb.s.)
app.2 tbs. greek yoghurt
Prepare apples. Preheat oven 190C. Place apples into a deep dish, mix all the rest ingredients and stuff apples, pour some water into a dish (app.50-70ml), cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Possible to serve with yoghurt mixed with some of the apple juice...Enjoy a very healthy breakfast!
