500g wholewheat flour
1t.s. salt
10g yeast
100g sunflower seeds
20g poppy seeds
20g sesame seeds
20g caraway seeds
75ml grapes molasses
300ml warm water.
Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredient and carefully knead the dough for several minutes. Set aside, covered in plastic for 2,5-3 hours.
Grease baking form and place the dough in there, let it sit for another hour.
Preheat oven 200C and bake for app.30 minutes.
Cool on wire rack
