Nice start of the day with moist and tasty muffin.
2 eggs
2 tb.s. honey
2 tb.s. oil
250ml yoghurt
juice of 1 orange
zest of 1 orange
handful cranberries
---- cashews
---- hazelnuts
app.260g toasted oats
160g flour
pinch of baking powder
Preheat oven 200C, grease muffin forms. Mixx dry and wet ingredients, fill forms and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let them cool on wire rack.
