400ml (2/200ml cups) oat flakes
5 scoops milk powder/protein powder
100ml shredded coconut
150ml milk/almond milk
5 tb.s. peanut butter (crunchy)
handful cranberries
Mix oats, coconut, cranberries and milk powder, add peanut butter, use your hand to incorporate, add milk and press the mixture into lined form, cover with another paper and place into the frige for 1-2 hours. Then cut into bars.
