2 salmon steaks (only meat)
parsley, dill
5 eggs
app.150-200g yoghurt
app.250g frozen peas
app. 250g frozen vegetable mix (peas, carrot, potato)
black pepper, salt
Cook vegetables for 2 minutes. Drain. Butter medium sized form. Beat eggs with yoghurt and pepper, add vegetables and herbs. Pour half of this mixture into form, place on top pieces of salmon, pour the rest of egg mixture over. Now place this form into a bigger one, filled with water. Bake at 200C for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool, then take out.
