Quick pear bread with muesli topping

Can be also made in muffin forms.



200ml flour
150ml whole wheat flour
2 t.s. baking powder
0,5 t.s. salt
cinnamon
2 eggs
120ml yoghurt (plain)
150ml muesli (mine include oat flakes, chilean raisins, toasted wheat flakes, barley, dried apricots, banana pieces, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
2 pears, cut into cubes

Topping:
100ml muesli
2tb.s. melted butter
50g whole wheat flour
2 tb.s. honey (flower)
some salt

Mix dry ingredients, in a separate bowl wet ingredients, combine and fold gently pears and muesli.
Grease baking dish, pour the dough into it, crown with topping.
Preheat oven to 200C and bake for appr. 60 minutes.
