This can be a good "in-between" for kids, quite healthy and not too sweet.
1x200ml cup oat flakes
1,5 cups whole wheat flour (+ poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, flax and sesame seeds)
1 t.s. baking powder
salt
cinnamon
1 egg
2 full tb.s. greek yoghurt
2 tb.s. grape molasses
1 full tb.s. flower honey
handful almonds
---- hazelnut
----- chopped dried figs
2 tb.s. canded orange peel
ix dry ingredients and wet in a separate bowl. Combine, line baking tray with paper and make 4 small rolls out of the dough.
Bake them for 30 min at 175C, take them out, let them cool a little and slice each, turn the heat to 150C and bake for 10 minutes on each side.
