Torta nera

This is a nice mousse chocolate cake. Not too sweet. I made half of it, here I give the recipe as I found it, with my additions.



500ml liquid cream
300g chocolate (better dark)
75g butter
60g sugar or more
5 egg yolks
100g prunes
1tb.s. coffee powder



Pastry:
300g flour
150g butter
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tb.s. water



Prepare the crust: mix butter and flour and add egg, then water, create a ball and refrigirate for 45 minutes.
Roll the dough 3 mm thin, butter 26cm springform, sprinkle with flour and place the dough in it, taking care of the sides, not to make holes.
Preheat oven to 190C, bake the crust (with beans) 20 minutes, take the beans out and 10 or so more minutes.
Mousse: melt chocolate, butter, sugar and cream, beat in egg yolks. Cut prunes into halves, put them on the crust and pour the chocolate mixture over.
Bake at 150C for 30 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature and dust cocoa powder. I think it is best served chilled.
