It's one of those cases, when I had nothing left but to take picture of only what was left, sorry for that.
These "cigars" are really nice and tender, went really well, as you could guess:) And also this recipe is in the category of "last minute" treats, very easy and not time-consuming.
3-4 sheets of puff pastry (depending on size)
250g cottage cheese
250g ricotta
app.100g creme fraiche
sugar to taste (3-4 tb.s.)
vanilla, cinnamon
rum 2-3 tb.s.
Blend ricotta, cheese and creme fraiche together with sugar and some rum until smooth.
Roll each piece of pastry into thin rectangles (app.15x12cm), prick with a fork, place 2 t.s. of the filling in center, roll pastry to form a "cigar" and pinch the seam (be sure not to leave holes) and put onto baking tray (sprinkled with flour).
Bake at 190C for about 30 minutes.
When cooled a bit, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla and cinnamon.
