Another day, another bread

This time there are 2, actually. We noticed one is not enough (it desappears too fast). After long search I found this one from dutch blog Uit de keuken van Arden (lichtbruin brood met honing). Again, it differs from the other ones, that I tried (I like variety). It's a bit sweet (but still it is bread, not a cake).

Light brown bread with honey (2 p.)

455g wholewheat flour
10g dry yeast
360ml water
2 eggs
490g flour
4tb.s. vegetable oil
4tb.s. honey
100ml lukewarm water
good pinch of salt

With the help of blender/mixer mix wholewheat flour, yeast, water (360) and 2 eggs. You will get very soft and sticky dough. Cover it and wait for an hour.
Then add all the other ingredients and work it for 10 minutes.
Oil big bowl and put the dough in there (also oil it slightly from every side) for a little more than an hour, to grow.
After this step, work the air out and form 2 balls. Leave for 30 minutes.
Now out of each ball make flat square, fold 2 sides into the center and now roll. Grease two forms and place dough in there. Wait for another hour or so (cover with plastic, make sure it won't touch the dough).
Oven 190C, put them onto the lowest row and bake for 35-40 min. Take them out and place on a rack to cool.
