Bread with sesame seads

Inspite that we really love the wonderbread - because it's so easy to make, especially if all the waiting happens during night time - I just can not stop at one recipe and repeat it over and over forever. So this one is another tasty healthy bread. The waiting time is much shorter, though you do need to work it a couple of times, but it is still easy to make.



300g wholewheat flour
240g wheatflour
sesame seads, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds apr. 50gr
7gr dry yeast
360ml water (room temperature)
30ml olive oil (or another oil)
salt (a pinch)

Mix all the ingredients in mixer adding salt in the process. Mix for 10 minutes. Oil a bowl and put the dough there, cover and wait for an hour or a bit more until it is doubled.
Work the dough with your hands to press the air out, make a ball, cover and wait 30 min. Then unroll it with hands into a square, fold two ends into the center, unroll again and now make a roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds all over, place in the form (oil it) sead down and let it rest, covered for an hour or until doubled.
Oven 220C bake for 20 minutes, then lower the heat to 200C and bake another 20 minutes (if gets too brown, put alluminium foil on top). Let it cool, then cut.
