Unusual move. But very interesting and tasty light snack. I took it from this http://fxcuisine.com wonderful site.
broccoli apr.400g
1 onion
apr.125 ml water
apr.125 ml red dry wine
apr. 70g hard cheese with flavour
little salt
In a large cooking pan with olive oil simmer onion (cut into half rings), then add broccoli (small flowers) and wait a couple of minutes. Now add water, waiti until it begins to boil and add wine. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cut cheese into thin slices. Take the pan with broccoli from the heat, mix with cheese.
Toast slices of bread, sprinkle some olive oil on it and rub with garlic. Add broccoli on top and serve.
