Brownies with mixed nuts

This lovely recipe was taken from here and corrected to taste, need and availability:)



200gr milk chocolate
25gr dutch cocoa powder
200gr sugar
200gr flour
150gr butter
2 t.s.coffee powder
3 eggs
vanilla
175gr mixed nuts (slightly roasted almonds, phistashio, hazelnuts, couple of peanuts)

First melt in a pan chocolate, cocoa, butter, coffee and vanilla. When it's cooled add sugar, flour, eggs, nuts.
Line and grease medium size form, pour the mixture into it (it will be sticky).
Preheat oven to 175C and bake for 20-25 minutes. It should not come out very firm, in will be soft to touch. Wait until it's cooled, take it out and cut. I store it in the fridge, covered. Before serving take it out and decorate as you like.



This one is made with orange zest marmalade, very tender bars, very tasty variation (by the way, I found they taste much better with 140g flour).
