Filipino style chicken curry

Easy to make, tasty to eat. Of course there are a lot of variations, I tried this one and we liked it. We do like asian style food, so this one is also added to our collection:)

500gr chicken meat
1 onion
2 bell peppers
2 carrots
2 potatoes
4-5 garlic cloves
ginger root (apr.thumb size)
curry
chili pepper powder
salt
coconut milk (apr. 150-200ml)



First on frying pan cook chicken until golden, set aside. Than carrots and potatoes for sevral minutes until they are brownish and set aside. On sauce pan cook on vegetable oil onion, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes, bring the chicken meat back, add milk. After 10 minutes add vegetables and bell pepper. Season and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Serve.
