Super easy and quick, very tender, tasty and healthy. Only benefits! So good, that such recipes exist.
I made for two grown ups and a kid, so this proportion can be easily just doubled, if needed.
3 chicken breasts
salt, pepper
some flour
butter
small onion
2-3 garlic cloves
apr.100ml dry white wine
apr.100ml cream
parsley
apr.300gr spinach
Season chicken breasts, cover with some flour and fry on butter for several minutes from both sides.
Set aside. In the same pan on butter cook onion, garlic, then add wine, wait until half is evaporated, add cream, parsley and return chicken. Cook for a short while.
At the same time on another pan on butter heat up spinach with some salt and pepper.
Serve chicken with the sauce on top of spinach.
