150g butter
100g cocoa
150-200g sugar
4 eggs
100g flour + carbonate
100g coconut flakes
a bit of rum
Preheat oven 160C. In a high pan mix butter, sugar and cocoa (with little water) and melt it. When just melted take away from fire, cool and beat 4 eggs in it. Then add flour, coconut and rum. Stir well.
Place baking paper in the form, grease it. Pour mixtue in the form and bake for 45 min (if too brown, cover with foil).
Let it cool and cut.
