Another experiment with breads. This one makes 2 loaves, so it is very suitable for me, at least I can have a break for 2 days:) No, of course, I can just buy bread in a shop, but after trying your oun selfmade loaf, you don't really want another.
almost 500ml warm water
2 tb.s. honey +2 more
10g dry yeast
apr. 50ml olive oil (or another)
2tb.s. lemon juice
good pinch of salt
apr. 200gr oat meal
apr.450gr whole wheat flour
apr.650gr white flour
butter for greasing
Mix water, yeast and 2 tb.s. honey. Leavse for several minutes. Then all the rest ingredients. It should become elastic, but not sticky.
Cover with plastic and leave for growing (about 80 min).
Prepare 2 forms, grease them . Take the dough out, knead again and divide into 2 parts. Put each one in its form and let ir rise for another 80 min.
Oven 175C, for 30-35 minutes. When you take them out, you could spread some butter on top for shiny glaze.
