Lovely refreshing fruit platter, healthy snack or dessert. Combination of tastes is very pleasant. Orientate on how big and how many portions you want to make.
fresh pineapple
red grapefruit
fresh mint
sugar - optional
joghurt or ice cream
You have to peel and cut pineapple, remove it's core and thinly slice it. The same with grapefruit, remove all white flesh. Thinly slice with a sharp knife.
If you like more sweet taste, mix sugar and mint using pestle. Then arrange slices of fruit on a plate, sprinkle with mint sugar (or just mint) and serve with joghurt, for example.
