An interesting recipe of candy/cookie. Spanish polvoron is usually baked and contains almonds, this recipe is without nuts and it is just frozen. I made half a portion, just to try.
0,5 cup flour
0,5 cup powdered milk
80g sugar
2 tb.s. cocoa powder
60g soft butter
Fry flour on a pan for about 5 minutes, until it's slightly brown. Mix with powdered milk, cocoa, sugar and butter. Mix well, then press into small forms (I used forms for ice cubes). Take candies out and freeze in airtight container
