Nice lunch or take-it-with meal.
1 big chiken breast (cut into 2 parts)
1 avocado, sliced
cheese of your choice (thin slices)
4 buns (cut into halves) or bread slices
spinach leaves
cumin, paprika flakes, black pepper and salt
Season chicken with spices and some olive oil and grill until it's done. Then slice it.
Grill/toast bread, put cheese on it, while it's hot, then some spinach leaves, and alternate chicken slices with avocado pieces. Top with another piece of bread and serve. For more taste you could add some fried bacon stripes as well.
