My attempt to make something creative:)
3 big or 4 small sour-sweet apples
2 cups (400ml) flour
50g sugar
100g butter
150ml milk
pinch of salt
some cream (mixed with powder sugar and vanilla)
First peel and core apples. Mix flour, salt, butter, adding milk gradually. When the dough can be shaped, devide into 3-4 parts. Roll each into rectangle, put an apple in the center, fill the apple with cream , sprinkle with powder sugar and cover carefully with the dough.From remaining parts make leaves.
Bake at 175C for 30-40 minutes. can be served with additional cream or sauce.
