Another healthy snack.
app.200g mixed dried fruit (dates, figs, apricots, citrus)
some hot water
Blend fruit with some water, to help the process. Set aside.
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat flour
60g butter
120g sugar
2,5g baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tb.s. water
1 egg
1 t.s. orange zest
Mix sugar, zets, butter, egg and water in blender. Add flours and create 2 balls. Put them in the frige for an hour.
Now on dusted surface roll each ball into ractangle, put fruit mixtue on the center of each lengthwise. Now fold each piece and seal the edges. You may need wet hands to spread the fruit and to seal.
Oven 175C. Bake for 20 min, then let them cool a little and cut into bars. Enjoy!
