app.400g ground beef
2 bell peppers (green)
parsley
3 garlic cloves
2 tb.s. fresh ground ginger
beef stock
1 tb.s. soy sauce
chilli paste 1 t.s.
black pepper
red pepper
rice to go with
Cook beef until starts to turn brown, set aside. Add vegetables to the pan, cook for several minutes and return beef back to the pan. Pour stock (app. 200ml), soy sauce, chilli paste and season. Cook 5 more minutes.
Serve with cooked rice.
