Quite healthy bread, makes two loaves.
600g wholewheat flour
200g flour
10g baking powder
150g sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, flax seeds mix
720ml buttermilk
140ml vegetable oil
140ml molasses (mulberry and carob)
1,5 t.s. salt
Mix well, lightly oil 2 forms, transfer the batter, and bake for app. 45 minutes at 190C.
