Healthy, full of color and tastry pasta
2 small beetroots
pasta
olive oil
salt, black pepper
orange juice
sheep cheese
Bake beetroot in a baking dish with some water on the bottom and covered with foil at 200C for 45 minutes.
Take the beetroot out, peel, cut into thin wedges.
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, add some olive oil, season, mix with beetroot slices and cheese. Serve.

ООО, со свеклой никогда пасту не делал (а ведь давно еще подсмотрел идею у Ю.Высоцкой). А ведь вкусно должно быть, да еще и с овечьим сыром!
