"Belgian chocolate" ice cream

Very chocolaty, intense and creamy texture.



380ml condensed milk
120ml pouring cream
300ml greek yoghurt
80-100g bitter chocolate
app.60g chocolate chunks



Whip cream until soft picks, add condensed milk and yoghurt with chocolate (melted), whip until it's creamy. Freeze in an air tight container for an hour, then stir in chocolate chunks and freeze overnight. No need to mix it halfway.
