A very airy and delicious bread! Taken from Uitdekeukenvanarden.
260g wheat flour
140g whole wheat flour
50g rye flour
5g dry yeast
280ml lukewarm water
20g molasses
1 tb.s. sunflower seeds
1 tb.s. vegetable oil
8g salt
Mix in blender all flours with yeast, water, seeds, oil and molasses. Knead for several minutes, add salt and continue for couple of more minutes. Leave it to rise for an hour. Take it onto the oiled surface, flaten into ractangular, fold/roll and place onto greased form. Leave covered for an hour more.
Preheat oven to 200C and bake for app.30 minutes. Let it cool on a wire rack and then cut.
