Just a good baked meat ball recipe, easy to make and also not too heavy.
for 2:
500g minced beef
50g fresh white bread
70g bacon
2 garlic cloves
basil, oregano and thyme (better fresh and chopped)
app. 500ml tomato passata (tomato sauce of your choice)
Prepare 4 big meatballs, put them into 1 liter form, slightly brushed with olive oil, our tomato passata over them and bake for 30 minutes at 250C.
Serve with fresh salad and some parmesan.
