A very refreshing summer dessert!
100ml water
80-100g sugar
juice of 4 oranges (app.300ml) with flesh
rind of 1 orange
Heat water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add this syrop to the juice and blend until quite smooth.
Freeze in an airtight container for several hours, then blend again and keep in the freezer.
Yoghurt mint ice cream

1 kg greek yoghurt
250g sugar
200ml water
100ml flower honey
2 tb.s. dry mint
Boil water, sugar, honey and mint for 2 minutes on low fire. Set aside to cool. Blend the syrop with yoghurt and freeze overnight.
