Delicious, tender and moist meat roll.
600-800g turkey (or chicken) breast
0,5 lemon (juice and rind)
parsley
basilic
mint leaves
olive oil
salt
Preheat oven to 180C. Flaten turkey breast, making it thinner. Sprinkle with salt, add herbs and lemon rind, pour some oil and juice, roll and using wooden sticks put it together, make sure it won't fall apart. Bake on baking tray in some oil for 1 hour.
